Virtual Care, Telehealth and Remote Monitoring

While trying to find innovative ways to provide safe and effective care, our heads turned to virtual assistant devices. As we did our research, it didn't take long to discover we could program these devices to do exactly what we wanted and more. Asheville Home Health Virtual Care clients can say, "Call the Nurse", seconds later one of our Nurses is on the call via the virtual assistant. "Call my daughter", the daughter's phone rings immediately. Enabling "Drop In" functionality provides even more. "Drop In" allows selected family members to open a call without interaction from their loved one, remotely. The value of this functionality alone is worth more than the cost of entry. Noteworthy: Only you decide who gets to "Drop In". Once more, all setup, programming and installation is handled by Asheville Home Health staff. You don't have to worry with the details, it just works.

On-Demand CNA and Nursing Care is included. Scheduled Home Care with Asheville Home Health is not required. Asheville Home Health Virtual Care can be a la carte or combined with Scheduled Home Care. When or if you need to add a Home Care CNA or Nurse simply say, "Call the Scheduler".

Asheville Home Health Virtual Care is a subscription based service offered at two levels: Standard and Premium. In addition to the benefits our Standard service offers, Premium goes one step further. With the Preimium Edition an Asheville Home Health Nurse will be assigned to your loved one and conducting scheduled "Drop In" evaluations. With either level of service, you can rest assured that your loved one will be proactively and safely cared for.
